We are using the feedback provided to improve our service. We are:

• Improving signposting of patients via the booking in screen to ensure they are directed to the right place first time
• Producing a video for the website to provide more information about how eConsult works
• Providing further information on the different types of clinician available and the types of issues they can resolve
